Working in the field of EU projects presents many challenges as well as opportunities for learning. People, geographically dispersed all over Europe, working together for the first time, will encounter different interests, motivations and organisational cultures. To assure an innovative and qualitative outcome, the people working on projects need to be transformed into a committed and high-performing team.
With the EU Blog we want to share information on all topics concerning multicultural and multilateral projects. The EU-Blog from die Berater® should also be seen as a platform that provides all people interested in European projects with information on important events, findings on project management and outcomes of certain projects.
The EU Department at die Berater® is itself working on many European projects concerning education and training. In our daily work with multicultural and multilateral teams, we encounter many challenges and opportunities, which we want to share on the EU-Blog. We try as much as possible to write about the issues that we have been facing throughout our experience with EU projects.
